Return Policy
We understand the disappointment of receiving an unexpected item, and at Marton Fraser, we're committed to supporting you throughout your shopping experience.
We offer a 30-day return window, which allows you to request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your items.
Return Process:

Step 1: Log into your account, select the relevant order, review the details, and submit a return request. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@martonfraser.com with the following details:
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item as it is now
- For quality issues, please include images of the specific faulty parts.
- Step 2: If we accept your return, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Step 3: After we receive your returned items at our warehouse, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the return is complete.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted.
- Final Clearance products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Non-returnable categories include lingerie, tights, socks, and accessories (except belts and bags). Swimwear is returnable only if the hygiene liner is intact due to health and safety concerns.
- Matching sets cannot be refunded separately.
- Products paid with Store Credit are considered Final Sale and are not returnable.
Non-Quality Related Return Conditions:
- Loose threads, raw edges, fabric thickness, or color differences due to monitor variations are not considered defects.
- Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference are not considered defects.
- Damage from wear, washing, improper care, self-repair, or modifications are not defects.
- Sizing issues, based on our size chart, are not considered defects. Please check the actual measurements of items as sizes may vary.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned items and are issued via the original payment method:
- Credit/debit card refunds are processed within 5 business days. Contact your bank for posting timelines.
- Store Credit payments are Final Sale and not refundable.
Important Notes:
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- We currently do not offer exchanges. You may place a new order and initiate a return for the previous one.
- Returns must be requested before sending items back.
- Ensure no items from other sellers are included in your return package. We cannot return these to you.
- Unrequested returns will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to negligence, such as incorrect contact details or refusal of delivery. If your order details are incorrect, contact us at support@martonfraser.com immediately with the correct information.
