Shipping Policy

We're thrilled to prepare and send your order! Marton Fraser ships to numerous countries globally and offers free standard shipping for orders over $49 (after all discounts are applied).

Order Status

After your order is processed, you will receive an email with a shipping notification, which includes your tracking number and a link to view your order status. You can also visit your account page for updates.

Note:

If the tracking information is not immediately visible after clicking the link, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to update, as there may be a delay from the time it leaves our facility to when it's first scanned by the shipper.

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process (excluding pre-sale items). You'll be notified once your order is on its way. Delivery will take approximately 7 to 14 days after order has been processed for the item to arrive to the customer.

Please be aware that processing and shipping times may be affected during the year-end due to high demand and severe weather conditions.

Customs Duties

All orders are shipped with duties paid by us; you will not incur additional fees upon delivery. However, if you refuse a parcel due to other reasons, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees.

Order Address Error

Please contact customer service promptly to adjust your shipping address before your order is dispatched. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
